Short post tonight; it has been a long day!

Anyway, I’ve started using (formerly Gyminee) a bit more. I’d set my account up a while ago, got excited to using it to track my diet/exercise/bodygoals/etc., and then kinda let it go…The nutrition side of it frustrated me. The g of protein/day recommended on the site are based on what I’d call fad diets (Zone, etc.). It all but requires protein shakes to get the right amount of protein without going over in the fat category. (This is an exaggeration on my part, but that is how it feels from my perspective).

I’m curious as to what others are using to track their fitness goals. Any recommendations?
